The first NASA official App invites you to discover a wealth of information NASA right on your iPhone or iPod Touch. The NASA App collect, customize and offers a wide selection of dynamically updated information, images and videos from different online sources at NASA in a convenient mobile package.

NASA has launched a completely free application for iPhone that allows users to access videos, pictures and reports published by the space agency. The application has been developed at the Ames Research Center in California and shows the feeds from Twitter, multimedia content related to astronomy and several missions.

“We are excited to offer a wide range of NASA content to users of iPhone and iPod Touch,” said spokesman Gary Martin of Ames Research Center. “The application of NASA provides an easy and interesting to the public to experience space exploration.”

The application collects, customize and offers a wide selection of dynamically updated information, images and videos of different online sources at NASA. NASA offers content in a clear and intuitive, making full use of the features of the iPhone and iPod Touch, including user interface Multi-Touch.
